Rectangular production
Our Compact Line, which need a minimum of space and are low in the investment, allows a rational and economic entrance of production of air ducts for the HVAC industry. This machine produces a rectangular fully wrapped box, which will be closed with our Duct Seamer. Afterwards you put the slide on flange (known suppliers are MEZ, Gebhardt, Met oder other) on the duct which will be connected with a Trumpf power fastener or welded.
Optional our Compact Lines can be upgraded with coil selection unit or notches, depending on application range. A special feature of our Compact Lines is the upgrade of the crossing Pittsburgh cassette, which allows the entrance of the rectangular prodcution with integrated PDF flange.
Furthermore we do have a machine which produces silencers, called attenuator pod system.
