Insulation and Panel Cutting Machines

This new machine range is made to cut and bend air ducts as well as fittings, made out of either insulation material or pre-insulated foam panels (PU, PUR, PIP, Phenolic) with an aluminium foil up to 200 micron.

The machine range covers all grades of of automation, from manual working over semi-automated up to fully automated systems.

There are like 5 groups of machines for different applications:

  1. Insulation Cutter Combi ICC 1500  - a combi machine which cuts fittings as well as straight air ducts made out of insulation material

  2. Panel Cutter Combi PCC 1201 and PCC 1200  - a combi machine which cuts fittings as well as straight air ducts made out of pre-insulated foam

  3. Panel Cutter Straight Ducts PCD 1200 - a cutter for cutting straight air ducts made out of pre-insulated foam

  4. Panel Bender PB 1200 and PB 2000  - these 2 machines fold a radial section out of a straight piece, either 1.200mm or 2.000mm wide

  5. Panel Plotter PP 1200 - it draws the ducts and fittings onto the panels, so that they can be cut manually afterwards
